What you have been promised verbally or on paper. Guaranteed interest of 12.5% payable 6 months after investment which was Feb 2010 but have not received anything. The representative said on 7 Jul that they will pay me by the end of Jul 2010.

Additional information I have sent them 2 letters, one from my lawyer. Today, I went to their office and the rep, Nicholas, claimed he was going to call to tell me that he has set up a meeting for me and Tim Fogarty, Group Sales Director, later this week about my investment.
