Profitable Group victim (Chris Leong)

Name: Chris Leong

Total Investment amount GBP20,000

Products/Schemes invested in: Concord Village - 5 plots

What you have been promised verbally or on paper. Planning permission 3 to 4 years from 2007 with strong possiblity by 2010. Up to 1000% return on investment with planning permission and at least 400% return.

Additional information We now know is all a scam. Very little has been done in getting planning permission because it is almost impossible to get planning permission as land is green belt land.
PP bought the Concord Village land for GBP3.5m and splited it into 9000 plots and sold for average of GBP5,000 per plot ie PP pocketed GBP 45m. The 1000% return they were telling investors refers to PP own returns.
