Profitable Group victim (Irfan Samat)

What you have been promised verbally or on paper. A 12.5% return after 6 months. Company to payout and make good within 30 days of maturity if I choose not to rollover. It was guaranteed as they had 'pre-sold' their products, implying there should not be a cash flow problem. Also told verbally that the only risk I faced was the currency fluctuation risk between USD and SGD.

Additional information My investment matured in mid-October 2009. I should have received my principal plus returns by mid November. Have been passed from manager to CSO. Company was very unhelpful and very evasive. My last conversation with a CSO was in March and he was even rude to me, insisting that I should be understanding as investments all over the world were failing.
