1)UK land gets planning permission(CVG).
2)Philippine site's house get buil & sold. estimated 6-9 months. Payout will be 112.5%=GBP14625.
3)12mth(event 1&2) did not happen. Payout will be 112.5% = GBP14625.

Additional information Same as you all. Upon mature, invested capital cannot get back. PG cso & csm will ask client to sign & renew for another year. Without legal docu & told me sales of philippine site was in final stage. Very soon PG will be returning me capital + 12.5% (even if it is less than 12mth term).
