Profitable Group victim (R Asthana)

Products/Schemes invested in: Harpenden Way, St Albans, UK

What you have been promised verbally or on paper. That the land would gain planning permission to be built upon in the near future (3 or 4 years); this was approximately 7 years ago.

Additional information My agent was a Miss Lani Russmasan, I was also told not to listen to anyone who said that there was no chance of getting planning permission in the above mentioned time frame and that the land would be approximately 4 or 5 times higher in value. I was also recommended a local solicitor who was also convincing of gaining planning permission.

    Rikesh sorry for your loss.

    Can you say what company it was ? I dont think Profitable Group were selling land in Harpenden St Albans. Profitable Group have 4 sites in the UK none with any prospects for planning

    selling Harpenden. They are gone as well.

    You can probably see a pattern with these Land Banking companies. They operate in the UK for a few years, get shut down then move to Singapore or Dubai with their profits and operate until they get shut down again or they just retire with the money..
