What you have been promised verbally or on paper. - 12.5% per 6 months for boron. Have been waiting between 2-5 months for principle + returns.
- no performance risk as contracts were pre-sold to boron customers.


Additional information - Concorde village brochures cleverly hid the fact that site was green belt and development prospect was as good as witnessing a shooting star.
- Concorde village brochure also indicated development application has been lodged with UK authorities but no such application has been filed according to Hounslow Council.
